2. Scope
These terms govern every order placed on this website. By placing an order you accept them. They do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer, which always prevail where they are more favourable.
3. Products and availability
Product pages describe each turntable and accessory (components, speeds, connections, dimensions and finishes) as accurately as possible. Minor variations in colour may result from your screen settings. All orders are subject to availability; if an item cannot be supplied after you have paid, we refund it in full without delay.
4. Prices, payment and import charges
Prices are shown in pounds sterling (£). VAT is not applicable (French micro-enterprise, art. 293 B CGI). Delivery to UK addresses is free. Orders are dispatched from France: for orders above £135, UK import VAT and a carrier handling fee may be charged by the carrier before delivery; the amount is set by HMRC and the carrier, not by us. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Your payment is captured when the order is confirmed; we never store your card details, payment is processed by our payment providers.
5. Order confirmation
The contract is concluded when we send the order confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel an order in case of obvious pricing error or suspected fraud, with a full refund of any amount already paid.
6. Delivery
Delivery terms, times and destinations are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms. Risk passes to you on delivery.
7. Returns, cancellation and refunds
Your 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and our 30-day return policy are set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
8. Guarantees
Every turntable carries a one-year guarantee against manufacturing faults. This is in addition to your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015: if an item is faulty or not as described, we repair, replace or refund it at no cost to you.
9. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud. Otherwise, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
10. Personal data
How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
11. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without depriving you of the mandatory consumer protection of the law of the UK nation where you live. You may bring proceedings in the courts of your UK nation. In case of a dispute, contact us first: most issues are resolved directly.
