Shipping policy

Where we ship

Heirloom Turntables ships to addresses in the United Kingdom. Parcels are dispatched from France.

Cost and speed

Free tracked delivery on every UK order. Orders are dispatched within one working day and delivered in 3–5 working days, so allow 4–6 working days in all from order to delivery. Highlands, islands and Northern Ireland may take 1–2 working days longer.

Dispatch and tracking

Orders placed before 14:00 (UK time) on a working day leave the same day; later orders and weekend orders leave the next working day. Parcels travel by tracked courier: you receive a tracking link by email as soon as the carrier collects the parcel, and the carrier's name and delivery slot are shown on the tracking page. Every turntable ships in its original double-walled box with the platter and counterweight packed separately.

Prices, VAT and import charges

Prices are shown in pounds sterling (£). VAT is not applicable (French micro-enterprise, art. 293 B CGI). For orders above £135, UK import VAT and a carrier handling fee may be charged by the carrier before delivery; the amount is set by HMRC and the carrier. Orders of £135 or less are delivered with nothing extra to pay.

Damaged parcels

If the parcel arrives damaged, keep the packaging and send us photos within 48 hours of delivery. We send a replacement or refund you in full, carriage included.

Delays and lost parcels

If tracking has not moved for three working days, contact us and we will chase the carrier. If a parcel is confirmed lost, we send a replacement or refund you in full.

Returns are accepted within 30 days, see our Refund Policy.

    You cannot judge a turntable online, so try it on your own records. Thirty days to decide, with a prepaid returns label if it is not right.

  • Clear answers

    Questions before or after you buy are answered by email within one working day, by people who know the range.

  • Kind to records

    The records that matter deserve more than a heavy needle. Every model has a proper cartridge or stylus, named on its product page, so your records are played rather than worn.
