Refund policy
30-day returns
Heirloom Turntables offers a 30-day return period from the day you receive your turntable or accessory, no explanation needed. Returns from the United Kingdom are free: we send you a prepaid label.
To be eligible, the item must be complete (turntable, platter, mat, belt, cables, dust cover and manuals) and returned in its original packaging, so it travels back safely.
How to return
- Email contact@heirloomturntables.com with your order number. We reply within one working day with a prepaid return label and the return address.
- Pack the item in its original box with all accessories.
- Drop the parcel at the carrier point shown on the label and keep the receipt.
Refunds
Once your return arrives and is checked, we refund your original payment method within 5 working days and email you as soon as it is processed. If an item comes back used or damaged, we may deduct a reasonable amount for the loss in value, and we tell you before refunding.
Exchanges
We do not run a separate exchange process. To exchange an item for another model or finish, return it for a refund and place a new order.
Faulty or damaged items
If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault, contact us with a photo or short description. For parcels damaged in transit, keep the packaging and send us photos within 48 hours of delivery. We repair, replace or refund it at no cost to you, carriage both ways included.
One-year guarantee
Every Heirloom Turntables turntable is covered by a one-year guarantee against manufacturing faults. Styluses are wear parts and are covered for 30 days. This guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which it never reduces.
Your statutory rights (United Kingdom)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you may cancel an online order within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. Our 30-day return period extends this right. Orders placed from 1 November can be returned until 31 January.
